Studio oh will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

You acknowledge that we own or may own or control copyright and/or other intellectual property rights in the look and feel of the website and its contents including any text, graphics, data, photographs and images. Such intellectual property rights shall include all registered and unregistered intellectual property rights of any type or nature including trademark and copyright. 7. We have no responsibility to supply to you any goods or services as may be advertised for sale or supply on our website. When you place the order for goods or services, you are making a legal offer to us, which we may or may not accept. A legally binding contract will only exist between us when you receive written confirmation from us (by e-mail or otherwise) that confirms your order.

In the event of any discrepancy between the terms and conditions specified or highlighted on the website, and these terms and conditions, and or such terms and conditions as are specified in an email sent to you by us, in the course of a purchase, the prevailing terms will be those most favourable to us.
Exchanges
Your positive feeling and response with the goods are highly important to us, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the exchanged shipping costs.
Studio oh does not issue refunds unless required by law.
We can exchange for other items or a credit note (voucher) of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on sale items and earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions
We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to studio oh have a tracking number. Studio oh is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or lost on their way to us. Exchange shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Export Restrictions / Customs
All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Studio oh has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.
